Nyssa Uterine Reusable Ice/Heat Pack

The first ice/heat pack is uniquely contoured to fit over women's lower abdomen and uterus, where the symptoms of period, endometriosis, and postpartum pains originate. Measures 8.5 inches in length and less than 0.25 inches in thickness, so that it provides full, effective coverage while also being comfortable and 'barely there' inside the pocket of our VieWear or FourthWear underwear. Store in the freezer for cooling comfort. Microwave at 15-second intervals for heat therapy. Do not machine wash. When needed, clean by rinsing in cold water with mild soap and let air dry completely before warming or freezing.
