Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We aim to pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking email once your order is on its way — so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship across Canada and the U.S.! If you're outside those areas, send us a note — we're working on expanding (and we love a challenge).
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us ASAP at mandi@postpartyy.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it heads out — mom reflexes, you know?
Products & Packaging
What's included in your hospital bags?
Everything you actually need and nothing you don't. We've packed the must-haves for labor, delivery, and postpartum — comfort items, personal care, and all the little things you'll thank yourself for later.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We source mom- and baby-safe items with clean, gentle ingredients because you've got enough to worry about.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We don't accept returns on opened care items (for hygiene reasons), but if something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us — we'll make it right. Promise.
What if I received the wrong item?
Oops — it happens! Send us a message at mandi@postpartyy.com, and we'll get it sorted faster than your baby can find the one pacifier you lost.
Gifting & Mom Love
Can I send a Postpartyy box as a gift?
Absolutely! Just select "This is a gift" at checkout and include a message — we'll make sure it's packaged with extra love (and zero receipts).
Do you include pricing in the box?
Nope. Just good vibes, thoughtful products, and maybe a little tissue paper therapy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Perfect for the "I have no idea what she needs, but I know she needs something" crowd.
Are your bags just for first-time moms?
No way. Whether it's your first, second, or fifth rodeo, our bags are designed for every version of mom — because every baby (and body) is different.
Can I create my own collection or buy individually if I don't need all the items?
Yes! We get it — not every mom needs the exact same things (or wants 3 pairs of mesh underwear). You can absolutely mix and match products to build your own Postpartyy collection. Just reach out to us at mandi@postpartyy.com or use the "Contact Us" form, and we'll help you customize a bag that fits your needs.
